Our Story
Specializing in new home construction and interior/exterior renovations, Hadley-Irvine can accommodate all your construction needs. With over 30 years combined experience, both partners ran sole proprietor construction companies for 10 years before merging into a single company, Hadley-Irvine General Contracting, in 2007.
We have hands-on experience building homes from the ground up, and our craftsmanship and project management skills reflect that knowledge. Based in the Halton Region, we back the quality of our work with a two-year warranty on all jobs.

Credentials & Memberships
We are fully insured, use only licensed trades people, and carry the applicable licenses and permits. As a RenoMark™ renovator and a member of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), we follow a strict code of conduct.
RenoMark™ Code of Conduct
As a RenoMark™ renovator and member of BILD, Hadley-Irvine agrees to abide by the following code of conduct:
- Be a member in good standing of the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD).
- Abide by the BILD Code of Ethics.
- Provide a detailed, written contract (including scope of work) for all jobs.
- Offer a minimum two-year warranty on all work (excludes minor home repair).
- Carry a minimum of $2 million liability insurance.
- Have coverage for workplace safety and employers’ liability and/or work only with subcontractors who carry such coverage (WSIB).
- Carry applicable licenses and permits.
- Maintain a professional level of knowledge of current building codes, permit procedures, and technical skills through continuing education.
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite.
- Return phone calls within two business days.
