Bank’s Residence

Over the past two/three years we have commissioned (Jeff) Hadley – (Kirk) Irvine General Contractors to oversee three major house projects. The first project involved renovating and upgrading the two upstairs bathrooms, including a complete gutting of floors/walls and fixtures, new dry wall, a free-standing glass shower stall, claw tub, ceramic flooring, marble vanities, plumbing fixtures, electrical upgrades and exhaust fans. We were so pleased that we asked them to renovate one of the larger bedrooms with new laminate flooring, electrical outlets and “ceiling to floor” wainscoting. Recently we secured Jeff and Kirk for a complete kitchen renovation — new cabinetry, hardware, hardwood and slate flooring and custom granite countertops. Our kitchen looks fabulous and the workmanship was exceptional.

Walton’s Residence

My wife and I came across Hadley-Irvine when we moved to Milton, Ontario, in September 2009. We needed some minor changes (a door from the garage into the house, a fireplace, outfitting the laundry room), and based on our satisfaction we then had them build a substantial deck. Each project was designed by Hadley-Irvine in collaboration with us and has won the admiration of our relatives and friends.

In early 2010 we collaborated on finishing our unfinished basement into a cozy games and leisure area. The finished result is exquisite in concept and quality, and a source of great pride for us.
